Keep what matters to you
Here’s why a FreshStart makes your PC better than new:
You get all-new, supercharged performance AND you get to keep all of your data, photos, videos, settings, and favorites in the same exact location. And before anything is transferred, our FreshStart program will scan for viruses or malware, so there’s no chance your system will be slowed down by past bugs.
You may need to reinstall some software you had on your PC. To make this more convenient, we gather up and save all of your purchased software Product License Keys in an easy-to-access text file. You’ll need these keys to download and reinstall these programs after your service. Don’t worry, all your data files for those programs will be scanned and transferred! Go to our After Your FreshStart tab on this website to see how easy this is to do.
If we find a 2010 or 2013 version key on your old drive, we will reinstall it for you. If you are running 2016 or 360/65 these are cloud based and you will need to go to your Microsoft Account to download these. Go to our After Your FreshStart tab on this website to get help with any Office related questions.
Pirated software will not be reinstallable. Obviously.
If your PC is still running Windows 7
Windows 7 went end of life on January 14, 2020. This means that Microsoft no longer is providing support or security updates for this operating system. This also means that Windows 7 users are at significant risk from hackers and other security threats. If your PC is running Windows 7 and has a valid license key sticker, your local FreshStart Service Tech will be able to upgrade you to Windows 10 at no additional cost.
Fall back in love with your PC. FreshStart adds years of life to your current PC at a fraction of the cost of buying a new one. Everything is right where you left it, so you can get back to doing what you love asap.
